RPX reads GTA V's formats itself, so there's nothing else to install — and it tells you what's wrong before your players do.

An export with the same name is moved aside as “(old …)”. Nothing is deleted.

No. Optimised copies and exports always go into new folders, and an earlier export with the same name is moved aside, never deleted.
Each export counts for 7 days from when you made it, so a slot frees up a week after you used it. A failed or cancelled export doesn't count.
Yes, for up to 3 days between check-ins. Basic exports need the internet, because your weekly exports are counted online.
Yes. Sign the old PC out in the client area or inside RPX, then sign in on the new one.
